TIKI COCKTAIL RECIPE: Sharks Tooth, a Classic tiki cocktail

How to make the Sharks Tooth Tiki Cocktail.
 This is another favorite classic tiki drink that goes back past the 1940's and 50's. There are many variations to this classic tiki tropical drink today in tiki lounges.

SHARK'S TOOTH RECIPE: (old recipe, Trader vic)
•   2 1/2 oz Gold Rum
•   1/4 oz Lime Juice (fresh)
•   1/2 oz Lemon Juice (fresh)
•   1/4 oz Grenadine Syrup
•   1/4 oz Rock Candy Syrup
•   1 splash Soda Water

Pour into a ice filled tiki mug or clear glass.
Fill with the soda water to top off.
Garnish with lime shell, fresh mint and fruit.


SHARK'S TOOTH RECIPE: (new tiki)
This one has a coconut flavor and smell.
•   2 1/2 oz Gold Rum
•   1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
•  1  1/2 oz Sour Mix
•   1 oz Coconut Syrup
•   3 oz Coconut Milk
•   1/2 lime Juice
•   1/2 Cointreau
•   2 cups Crushed ice

Add all the shark's tooth ingredients 
to a blender and blend until smooth.
