Tiki and Tropical drink recipes: The Mimosa Punch Recipe a fun tiki punch drink for a tiki party or Luau.

Tiki Recipes: How to make the Mimosa Punch Drink.
This is a great tropical drink as a morning at the tiki hut or tiki lounge.
There are not too many tiki morning cocktails, but here is one of them.


Mimosa Punch Recipe:
Ingredients
• 2 bottles of your choice of champagne
• 2 quarts of orange juice
• 10 thin sliced strawberries
• fresh mint as a garnish
• A tray of frozen orange juice cubes

Directions
Mix all of the punch ingredients into a punch bowl.

Old School Cocktail Tiki Drinks: The Old Cuban

How to make the Old Cuban tiki cocktail drink.
A version that is adapted from the Pegu Club in Manhattan.


The drink is great for hot sunny days. The Old Cuban is related to
the Mojito Cocktail, because of the minty flavor.

OLD CUBAN DRINK RECIPE:
• 6 mint leaves
• 3/4 ounce lime juice
• 1 ounce simple syrup
• 1 1/2 ounces amber rum (Bacardi 8)
• 1 or 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 2 ounces Champagne
• 1 lime slice.
• tip of a mint sprig for garnish

Muddle the mint and lime juice in a cocktail glass with a wooden spoon.
Then add the rum, syrup and bitters. Add a cup of ice.
Shake in a cocktail shaker until frosty cold and then strain.
Top with Champagne.
Garnish with a lime and mint sprig.

Guava Cocktail Drink Recipe:
• 1 oz fresh guava juice.
• Sparkling Wine or champagne to taste.
• Ice Cubes

Serve in a clear glass with a lemon twist.
