There are a large number of tiki drinks recipes being invented as of late. Many look aat this tiki spirit as the new Kahlua, but we just look at it as another option.

The bartender at the tiki lounge last night who introduced me to rum chata, said that he has made a killer french toast recipe using rum chata.
