Tiki Drink Recipes: How to make the Night Marcher tiki cocktail drink, a drink with a ball gag in its mouth.

Famous at the Tar Pit, a Los Angeles tiki joint.
This is a wild exotic cocktail drink, a must have if you visit the Tar Pit in LA, they call it their "ambassador”.

NIGHT MARCHER RECIPE:

• 2 1/2 ounces Aged White Martinique Rum

• 1/2 ounce Lemon Hart Demerara Rum (151-proof )

• 1/2 ounce Green Chartreuse

• 3/4 ounce Fresh lime juice

• 3/4 ounce Demerara simple syrup

• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

• 1/8 teaspoon Mexican hot sauce

• 1 1/2 ounces of ginger beer

• 1 slice fresh ginger as a garnish

• Lime wedge to also garnish

Mixing Instructions:
Swizzle the drink with a swizzle stick between palms.

Pour over ice and swizzle again.
