INGREDIENTS for the 'Fantasy Island' Cocktail:

•  1-1/2 Parts Rum (Jamaican, Myers)
•  1 Part Dark rum (Captian Morgan)
•  1/2 Part White rum (Barcardi, Cruzan)
•  2 Parts Cream of Coconut
•  1 Part Pineapple juice
•  Garnish with a Dash of Nutmeg

TO MAKE:

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake until frost forms.

Pour into a Hurricane Glass with ice.

and loved it.

Anchors Away Recipe:

• 1 oz Spied Rum (Captain Morgan, Sailor Jerry)

• 1 oz Coconut Rum

• 4 oz Pineapple Juice

• 4-5 Fresh Strawberries

• 1 Banana

• Garnish with Pineapple

• 4-5 Cracked Ice Cubes

Place all ingredients into a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into a tall Hurricane Glass.

Very easy to make just equal parts of the following ingredients.

Gilligan's Island Recipe:

Ingredients:
1 oz. 99 Bananas
1 oz. coconut rum (MALIBU, PARROT BAY)
1 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. cranberry juice 

Mixing Instructions:Mix in a cocktail shaker until nice and cold.

Serve over ice.
