There are many variations of the Acapulco Drink.

This one is the regular Acapulco Cocktail.

Great addition to your tiki bar.

Acapulco Recipe

• 2 parts White Rum

• 1/2 part Triple Sec

• 1/2 part Fresh Lime Juice

• 1 Tsp. Sugar Syrup

• 1 White of egg

• 10 Crushed ice cubes.

Shake in cocktail shaker until frost forms.

Pour into a clear glass filled with ice.

Garnish with fresh mint.

PALM BEACH RECIPE

• 2 oz. White Rum

• 2 oz. Gin

• 2 oz. Pineapple Juice

• 6 cracked ice Cubes

Mixing Instructions

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker

and shake until frost forms. Pour over ice.

Pour into a highball glass.

day. It's packed with healthy fruit and it takes you

INGREDIENTS

• 1 Cup Orange Juice (Fresh if you can)

• 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice

• 3 Oz. White or Light Rum

• 1 Cup Crushed Ice

• 1/2 Cup Simple Syrup (1/2 water & 1/2 Sugar)

• 1 Ripe Banana (Smashed)

• 1/2 Cup Crushed Pineapple

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients in a blender or 

smoothie machine,

blend until slushy.

ORIGINS

The Mojito is a classic Cuban cocktail drink. The Mojito is over a hundred years old. The drink originated in Havana in the late 1800s. It started to become popular in the United States in the 1930's with the influx of Caribbean culture.


The pirate Richard Drake is said to have made a older version of the drink called El Draque or "The Dragon". This older version used rum, sugar, lime and mint.


OVERVIEW

A mint tasting tiki drink, which is very

refreshing on a hot summer day.

A great blend of sweet and sour flavors.

MOJITO RECIPES

RECIPE ONE

 1-1/2 ounces of Light Rum

 10-12 Fresh Spearmint

 1/2 lime 

 2 Tsp. Simple Syrup (Water and Sugar)

 Club Soda

Squeeze juice from 3 quarters of lime into tall glass. Set the squeezed lime wedges to the side. Throw in 11 mint leaves and use a muddler to release mint oil. Add squeezed lime wedges and remaining ingredients. Fill glass with ice cubes. Shake with cocktail shaker then top with a splash of club soda as a option.

• 1/2 glass cold Water

• Whipped cream

Stir liquids together. Top with whipped cream. 

Sprinkle with a bit of ground coffee.

Drink with a straw.

The Singapore Sling Recipe has been a favorite since 1915. Surprisingly it uses no rum, but
does usually include some kind of fruit. Again, there are many recipes for the Singapore sling. We will cover  them from original to modern.

ORIGINS

The Singapore Sling was invented around 1915 at the Raffles Hotel's Long Bar. The Drink was created by the  Raffles bartender Ngiam Tong Boon.

RECIPES

Although there are many variations to the Singapore Sling, the essence of the drink contains a trinity of Gin, Cherry Brandy and Benedictine.

RECIPE ONE 

(Original Singapore Sling) 1915.

As recreated by Raffles bartenders.

The very first version has been lost.

• Gin

• Cherry Brandy

• Benedictine

• Club Soda (to taste)

RECIPE TWO

(Original Variation of the Singapore Sling) 1922.

As recreated by Raffles bartenders.

• 2 dashes of Orange Bitters, 

• 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters, 

• The juice of half a lemon 

• 1/8 gill of Bénédictine. 

• 1/8 gill of Cherry Brandy 

• 1/2 gill of Gin. 

Pour into a tumbler and fill up with cold soda water.

RECIPE THREE

(Raffles Modern Singapore Sling)

• 30ml Gin 

• 15ml Cherry Brandy 

• 120ml Pineapple Juice 

• 15ml Lime Juice 

• 7.5ml Cointreau 

• 7.5ml Dom Benedictine 

• 10ml Grenadine 

• A Dash of Angostura Bitters 

Garnish with a slice of Pineapple and Cherry 

RECIPE FOUR

Modern Bartenders Favorite Singapore Sling

THIS ONE TASTES GREAT!!!!

• 1/2 oz. Cherry Heering Brandy

• 1 1/2 oz. gin 

• 1/4 oz. Benedictine 

• 1/4 oz. Cointreau (Orange)• 3 oz. pineapple juice 

• 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice 

• 1 dash Angostura bitters 

Shake with ice, strain. Top with a little soda water. Garnish with a flag.
