ORIGINS and OVERVIEW
The Noa Noa is a classic tiki cocktail from the golden age of tiki. The Noa Noa was directly influenced by the classic Mojito tropical cocktail from Cuba. The main difference in the two drinks is that the Noa Noa uses dark rum. They say this influence is from Don Beach or Don the Beachcomer. The Noa Noa also uses dark sugar and not simple syrup. The exact origins of the drink are unclear.
