Many think the Ramos Gin Fizz is one of the best tiki morning cocktail drinks. It can be a bit hard to make, but it's worth it. It was invented by Henry C. Ramos in the 1880's. It was at his bar in the the Meyer's Restaurant. This is one of New Orleans; biggest, most famous, cocktail drinks. Ramos is said to have hired 35 bartenders to make this drink during Mardi Gras.
