CLassic Tiki COCKTAILS: White Witch Recipe.

(Trader Vic's Version) How to make the white witch cocktail drink.

OVERVIEW:
This drink dates back to the 1940's,
and was served at the early Trader Vic's.
Alot of people like this as a morning tiki cocktail.


RECIPE: White Witch (1940's TV's)
Ingredients
• 1 oz Trader Vic's White Jamaican Rum
• 1/2 oz White Creme de Cocao
• 1/2 oz Cointreau (Triple Sec)
• 1/2 a Lime Juice
• Sparkling Water (Club Soda)

Mix and then fill with sparkling water, stir once.
Garnish with lime shell, fresh mint, and a sugared rim.
